This is a house that Bernie and Jerry Hoffman moved onto an empty lot at 657 West Arbor Vitae Avenue in Inglewood California. After they finished it, they gave it to Eva Hoffman, their mother. Soon after, Mary and Jack Wagner had her wedding reception in it. Many years later, Eva died in it and much later, Ruth Hoffman sold it."
