Isidore Poirier was born on Jul 24, 1810 in St. Benoit, St. Eustachel, Canada. He married Virginia Dumouchel on Sep 9, 1845. He died on Dec 3, 1897 in Marinette, WI.

He was buried from St. Joseph's Church. His birth place was St. Benoit and ST. Eustashel. He was a jeweler in Canada, in addition to being a wagon-maker with his son-in-law, Joseph De Mers, in Green Bay Wisconsin. Some notes indicate she was born Apri 18, 1822 and died Dec 13, 1909.

Virginia Dumouchel was born on Apr 18, 1822 in Belle Revieres, Canada. She married Isidore Poirier on Sep 9, 1845. She died on Nov 13, 1909 in Milwaukie, WI.

Her death may have been in Nov. She was buried from Jisu? Church and placed in Holy Cross Cemetery. Note: Belle Revier is a town between St. Benoit and Eustachel Virginia and Alfred were twins, born in their house (built in 1810). Her half-brothers, the twins Edward and Arthur, the musicians, played for a famous singer and player "Theresa Albany" of France, London and Canada. (Her history is in the encyclopedia of 1850). Virginia was raised in Regaud, Quebec, Canada, by her Aunt and Uncle. After her marriage to Isidore Poirier, her family disowned her, considering the marriage beneath them, although her half-brothers, the
twins, sent money every three or four months, as they figured it was her's anyway. (This was transcribed Feb. 3, 1990 by Jack Wagner "Mary Hoffman Wagner", from a very poor copy of notes. She was a twin to Alfred. Virginia and her brother Alfred were twins. Some notes indicate she was born Apri 18, 1822 and died Dec 13, 1909.

Jean Baptiste Poirier was born in Canada. He married Marie Madore. He died in 1822 in Canada.

He died in 1822 according to some accounts. All the children married and lived to an old age. In addition to the children listed, Lucia is another possibility.

Joseph Michael Wagner was born on Jun 13, 1896 in City of Los Angeles, CA. He married Eleonora Nora Emma Scher on Oct 26, 1921. He died on Jan 22, 1981 in City of Burbank, CA. He was buried on Jan 24, 1981 in San Francisco Mission Cemtery, Mission Hills, CA.

Marie Madore was born in 1773 in Lachine, Canada. She married Jean Baptiste Poirier. She died in 1873 in Canada.

She lived 100 years. This was taken from Ruth Hoffman's notes and earlier writings.

Ignace Dumouchel was born on Nov 25, 1791 in Detroit, MI. He married Felicite Garaed in Feb 1820. He married Marie Theresa Antoinette Fournier on Feb 17, 1829. He died on Dec 11, 1876 in Regmard, Canada.

He had red hair and blue eyes. Notes suggest he died in 1877. Its quite confusing, but hand written notes suggest he had a brother named Jean Baptiste Dumouchel born 1784 and
died 25 March, 1844 putting him at 100 years old. The notes further state he married Marie Victoria Felix at St. Beniot in February 1809. I could not verify this info. but I suspect it is mixed up with Jean Baptiste De Mers.

- Joe Wagner, 1995. He had red hair and blue eyes. Some notes indicate they were married Feb 11th, 1829. A few years after the death of his first wife Felicite.

Felicite Garaed was born in Quebec, Canada. She married Ignace Dumouchel in Feb 1820. She died on Apr 18, 1822 in Canada.

She died in 1822, two years after she was married. According to the date of her twins birth, Felicite may have died during child birth. We've come a long way. -Joe Wagner '95

NOTE: Other references suggest her last name is spelled Girauard and
also Gerouard and Girguard. But the most likely spelling is Gironard. Died the same day her twins were born.

Narcisse (Nelson) Poirier married Genevieve Mahar. He married Angelique Charlbois in 1849 in Deux Montagenes.

Notes indicate he may also be known as Roise.

Anna Veronica Wagner was born on May 1, 1898. She married Clarence Henry Casper on May 1, 1919. She died on Jan 16, 1964.
